JEROME J. OZOVEK
President Power Paragon
Mr. Ozovek joined L-3 in April 2003 in the role of Vice President of Operations for SPD Electrical Systems and in a relatively short period of time was promoted to Executive Vice President in early 2005. Mr. Ozovek assumed the role of President & General Manager of SPD Electrical Systems in January 2007. His responsibilities expanded in early 2009 when Mr. Ozovek was appointed as President & General Manager of L-3's Ocean Systems and MariPro business units. In December of 2010 Mr. Ozovek was promoted to the role of president of the Power Systems Group while also assuming the responsibility as president of Power Paragon. Mr. Ozovek has over 30 years of "hands-on" operational and strategic management experience with companies that include BAE Systems in Greenlawn, New York, EDO Corporation and several divisions of General Electric, prior to joining L-3 Communications. Mr. Ozovek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.
