PPI delivers complete vertically integrated electronics manufacturing services and solutions to support the entire life cycle of complex products in the defense, aerospace, and industrial markets. PPI’s capabilities include complete system integration level assembly as well as printed circuit board, cables and harnesses. Our facility in Anaheim, California, includes more than 116,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space. Extensive facilities are available for production and assembly of all major elements, as well as complete testing capability from component level to total system level.

PPI’s integrated Lean Sigma improvement program aggressively focuses on business metrics, strives to eliminate waste and streamlines systems while retaining flexibility to fluctuations in volume and product mix. The methodology is focused on continuous Improvement, Customer Satisfaction and includes extensive Kaizen events, training and concurrent engineering methods which allow all employees to participate as valued contributors to our success. As a certified ISO 9001:2000 facility, PPI provides a completely integrated capability for the development, manufacture, test, and depot repair of electrical power equipment. On-site manufacturing facilities are vertically integrated to provide world class, Lean/Six Sigma in-house capability for all manufacturing processes. Additional, the Lean team deployed a disciplined 5S program which improved workplace organization, builds employee pride and loyalty, and creates site space for expansion.
